In 1994 M R Bearing Surplus PLL was started by Jim Mershad and Dave Ransom. We started buying new surplus bearings for resale. Soon after starting the company, we found there was a market for other industrial parts, primarily electrical. By 1998 approximately 75% of our business came from electrical sales, mostly PLC`s (Programmable Logic Controls).
